Directions to Earls Farm:

Deddington is located on a medieval cross roads.  The A4260 runs North to South, from Banbury in the north (6 miles) and Oxford in the south (17 miles).  The B4031 runs East to West between the A43 in the east and A361 to the west.

By Car:
From the North (M40):  Exit at junction 11 (approximately 8 miles) take the right hand turn on the first roundabout signposted to Banbury.  Straight over the next roundabout and then left at the next.  Then follow signs through Banbury to Adderbury(A4260). Deddington is three miles further on this road from Adderbury.  Then follow "from the North (A4260)" directions below.

From the North (A4260):  On entering into the village proceed to the first set of traffic lights turn left towards the village centre.  The Deddington Arms is to your left hand side.  Take the road straight on (alongside the Deddington Arms), not following the bend, and continue on this road to the end.  There you will see a five bar wooden gate.   Welcome to Earls Farm.

From the South (M40):  Exit at junction 10 (approximately 8 miles) and follow signs marked Northampton A43.  At the fourth roundabout take first exit, sign posted to Aynho.  Follow the road into Anyho and after passing Anyhoe Park on your left take the first left (after a sharp bend) signposted Deddington.  After passing through Clifton and into Deddington follow the road into the village Market Place. Once there drive directly North towards the Deddington Arms. Take the right hand turn outside this hotel and continue on this road to the end.  There you will see a five bar wooden gate.   Welcome to Earls Farm.

From the South (A4260):  On reaching Deddington follow the main road into the village until you reach the traffic lights.  Turn right at the lights towards the village centre.  The Deddington Arms is to your left hand side.  Take the road straight on, not following the bend, continue on this road to the end.  There you will see a five bar wooden gate.   Welcome to Earls Farm.  

From the West (B4031):  On arrival in Deddington drive down to the crossroads with traffic lights and go straight across towards the village centre.  The Deddington Arms is on your left hand side.  Take the road straight on, not following the bend, continue on this road to the end.  There you will see a five bar wooden gate.   Welcome to Earls Farm.  

From the East (B4031):  On arrival in Deddington follow the road through to the village market place. Once there drive directly North towards the Deddington Arms. Take the right hand turn outside this hotel and continue on this road to the end.  There you will see a five bar wooden gate.   Welcome to Earls Farm.  

On arrival please park your car directly outside the front of the house.

By Train:
The nearest train station is located at Banbury (approximately 7 miles away).

By Bus:
Route 59 runs between Oxford and Banbury.
